Sealed bids are solicited for the purchase and removal of designated merchantable timber on approximately 141 acres located on Naval Air Station Meridian Main Base, Lauderdale County, Mississippi. The sale is per unit ton. Bids are due no later than 2:30 PM CST on Thursday, July 24, 2025, and shall be submitted in paper media, in a sealed envelope or package. The successful purchaser will be required to provide a performance bond of 10% of the bid amount.

Offerors must provide product specification sheets demonstrating that their quoted products meet or exceed the technical material specifications. Quotes that do not meet the minimum technical material specifications will be deemed technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award.
