This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase and installation of multiple components on a 2025 Ford F350. The government will evaluate quotes based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) process. The offeror should submit their best terms and/or their most favored customer pricing in their initial offer. Quotes must be submitted via email or fax by the closing date and time. All vendors submitting a quote must have a repair facility within 75 miles of the vehicle's location in Fort Collins, CO. The quote must be itemized and detailed with individual and total parts prices, labor time, and all paint labor if applicable. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Delivery shall be completed no later than 120 days after receipt of order (ARO), but offerors should include their proposed delivery schedule with estimated days ARO.

Yellowstone National Park is seeking a provider for a new over-the-snow alpine snow groomer. The scope of work includes terms and conditions outlined in the document. Minimum requirements for the vehicle are detailed, including specifications for towing capacity, manuals, warranty, cab interior, steering, radio, fuel capacity, safety features, hydraulic ports, ground speed, blades, attachments, service and training. The offeror will provide a service technician to complete the first summer service at the Mammoth shop facility and instruct up to 5 shop personnel during this service. The price must include all charges, including destination fees. The park is trading in one snow groomer (2017 Prinoth Bison X) towards the purchase of the new machine.

The Illinois Department of Agriculture is seeking bids for a Cat **** CR mini excavator or equivalent. The equipment must be new, not refurbished, and include specific features (e. g. , air conditioning, heating, extendable arm). Delivery is required within four weeks of contract execution. A minimum one-year warranty on non-consumable parts is required. Vendors must provide detailed manufacturer specifications if proposing an equivalent model. The total price of the contract is firm. All invoices are subject to statutory offset. Subcontracting is not allowed. The contract has an initial term commencing upon the last dated signature of the parties and ending on 6/30/2026. In no event will the maximum total term of the contract exceed ten years. The vendor must be an established manufacturer or their authorized dealer. The vendor must submit an authorized dealer letter upon request. The vendor shall certify parts and service for the equipment proposed are readily available within the state of Illinois. The vendor shall disclose the locations where the services required shall be performed and the known or anticipated value of the services to be performed at each location. If the vendor received additional consideration in the evaluation based on work being performed in the United States, it shall be a breach of contract if the offeror shifts any such work outside the United States. The state may terminate the contract for cause or convenience. The contract is contingent upon the availability of funds.
