The University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) is seeking proposals for a microfridge rental program for residential students. Proposals are due March 6, 2026. The contract term is expected to be three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The university will evaluate proposals based on the ability to provide a comprehensive and cost-effective program, safety features, eco-friendly options, marketing plan, experience, and operational plan. The university requires a Hub Subcontracting Plan (HSP) if subcontracting is probable. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The contractor must carry applicable insurance and provide an annual certificate of coverage to the contract coordinator.
