Proposals will be evaluated strictly in accordance with the requirements set forth in this solicitation.

Non-adherence to university brand standards can have a penalty up to and including contract cancellation. Failure to comply with accessibility requirements shall constitute a material breach of this agreement and shall be grounds for termination of this agreement.

This is an open-ended, rolling submission process. Until this process is end dated, qualified development teams may submit their qualifications at any time.

The proposal evaluating process is designed to award the contract, not necessarily to the respondents of least cost, but rather to the respondents whose proposal represents the best overall value as determined by an evaluation of the best technical score a combination of qualifications and experience and price/costs.

Respondents must be a registered vendor with Atlanta Housing, have an up-to-date vendor profile, and comply with e-Verify requirements. They must also meet specific insurance requirements and demonstrate financial and technical capacity.

Failure to comply with Georgia law regarding e-Verify may result in disqualification of a respondent's submission or withdrawal of a contract award.

The period of performance for the base contract is from 04/20/2026 to 04/19/2027, with four option years extending to 04/19/2031.
