This is a request for quote for HVAC cooling repairs for the Oswegoland Park District. Quotes must be submitted by Friday, June 5, 2026, to ***@***. *. * contractor must provide a current certificate of liability insurance and a completed prevailing wage affidavit with their quote. Certified payroll must be submitted with each pay request. The project involves repairs to multiple rooftop units, including replacement of motors, capacitors, sensors, and leak checks. The contractor must comply with federal and state equal opportunity and fair employment statutes, as well as prevailing wage laws. The successful contractor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the park district as coinsured. The work must be completed within 30 business days after the notice to proceed, with everything finished by July 31, 2026. The contractor agrees to perform all work in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner in accordance with project documents.
The contractor agrees that if this quote is accepted by the owner, the contractor shall complete the work within thirty (30) business days after the notice to proceed is issued. Everything must be complete by July 31st, 2026.
The owner reserves the right to accept any quote or combination of quotes, reject any or all quotes, and waive minor technical deficiencies and/or irregularities from these documents.
The undersigned contractor having become familiar with the local conditions affecting the cost of the work herein concerned including visiting the site, and with the project documents pertaining to said work, said project documents including instructions and quote form, plans and details, specifications for such work issued thereto as prepared by the Oswegoland Park District hereby proposes to perform everything required to be performed and to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all services necessary to perform and complete in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner, all the work described herein, all in accordance with said project documents.

Any contractor or subcontractor subject to this act who fails to submit a certified payroll or knowingly files a false certified payroll is in violation of this act and guilty of a class b misdemeanor.
