The due date for quotes has been extended from June 16, 2025 to July 25, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Submission of quotes without a surplus certificate will be null and void. A surplus material certificate must accompany all quotes for surplus, new, surplus, new manufactured items. If submitting via EDI, a faxed or scanned copy of the certificate must be sent to the buyer. When submitting quotes via EDI, specify any exceptions (e. g. , MIL specs, standards, packaging, packaging houses).
