Lot 1: The Cabinet for Economic Development ( Cabinet) seeks the services of attorneys to represent the Cabinet, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority ( KEDFA), Kentucky Film Leadership Council ( KFLC), Bluegrass State Skills Corporation ( BSSC); Kentucky Economic Development Partnership ( Partnership), and other boards and commissions administratively attached to the Cabinet. Requested services include, but are not limited to, assistance with taxable and tax- exempt bond transactions, representation of the Cabinet and related boards and commissions at all levels of the court system and/or before administrative bodies where the Cabinet may be a party; legal advice and assistance to the Cabinet on all matters within its jurisdiction; legal advice and guidance on policies and procedures relating to the incentives and programs administered by the Cabinet; preparation and review of legal documents necessary for the implementation and administration of the Cabinets programs; and advice in connection with other miscellaneous matters ( Personnel Board, employment matters, collection, etc. ).
