The existing approximately 8, 400 square foot roof to be removed down to the roof deck. The new roof system to be installed will be a Two- ply SBS Modified Asphalt roof system, cold- adhered over new rigid board insulation and cover board. All prefinished metal coping caps, gutters, downspouts, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations are to be replaced. There is an existing metal roof on the adjacent cold storage building. This roof will be cleaned sandblasted and primed before installing a new fluid applied roofing system. New prefinished gutters and downspouts will be installed on the cold storage building. The existing standing seam roof on the gym is not within the scope of this project.
