This is a request for quotes (RFQ) for the repair of a KVM console. The resultant award will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. Only firm fixed price offers not to exceed the estimated price will be accepted. Quotes limited to test and evaluation will not be accepted. The quoted price must be for the repair of the item(s). The government is requesting a repair turnaround time (RTAT) of 70 days after receipt of the asset. Any asset received after the induction expiration date (365 days after contract award date) is not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement. A price reduction will be applied per unit per month for any delay in meeting the required RTAT. The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each item.
