The consultant agrees that the city will suffer damages if required documents are not received as stated in the scope of work. The consultant will compensate the city in the amount of five hundred dollars (****) for each day or part thereof that expires after dates indicated, for damages, penalties, extra fees or losses that the city may incur due to a late delivery of the required documents.
