Work must be completed within 365 consecutive calendar days. proposer agrees to commence work on this project on or before the date specified in the notice to proceed and to show evidence he is able to complete the work fully within 365 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
One-year warranty required. provide a minimum oneyear warranty covering labor, installation, workmanship, and all installed hardware.
Evaluation based on ranking items including site visit (30 points), contractor license (5), W9 (5), certifications, and cost proposal (30). proposals will be evaluated to determine the best contractor.
Contractor must have state license. contractor shall have and maintain a state contractors license throughout the project.
