Specifications require a 15- ton condenser with matching air handler, plenum, return and outdoor air duct extensions/connections, replacement of rusted ductwork in the mechanical room with new insulated ductwork, reuse of electrical feeders, reclamation of refrigerant from the old unit, installation of two overflow condensate safety switches wired in the AHU, pressure testing, vacuuming line set to 500 microns, holding test, charging system with proper refrigerant, taking pictures of vacuum test, providing factory ambient head pressure controls, crankcase heater, and hail guards on the condenser with minimum 2- stage capacity, starting and testing the system with balance reports.
