The vehicle must be new, the best quality of its respective kind, and free from defects. The contractor shall furnish and deliver the vehicle within 365 calendar days of the official start date on the notice to proceed. The state shall have 30 calendar days after receipt of invoice or satisfactory completion of contract to make payment. A protest must be submitted in writing within five 5 working days after the aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto. All material given to or made available to the contractor by virtue of this purchase order, which is identified as proprietary or confidential information, will be safeguarded by the contractor, and shall not be disclosed to any individual or organization without the prior written approval of the state.
