Meals, lodging and facility usage for cadets and cadre participating in Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge ( JCLC) Camp Wilderness The contractor shall provide meals, lodging and training facilities to 115 cadets and 15 cadre. The contractor shall provide three 3 troop lodges that each accommodate 30 to 40 cadets and five chaperones, for a total of 115 bunk style beds with mattresses. cadets will be responsible for bringing their own sheets and pillows or sleeping bags. cadre will sleep in a separate lodging area. chaperones will be housed with cadets in order to maintain supervision at all times. The contractor shall provide separate lodging to accommodate up to 8 cadre to sleep.
