Offers are due by 02:00 PM local time on April 21, 2026. The desired delivery schedule is detailed in Section F, with specific lead times for various items and options.

Payment will be made by the government. Electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is required. Specific document types for payment requests are outlined in DFARS ****.

Offerors must comply with all terms and conditions. Quality assurance inspection systems must be in accordance with ANSI/ASQ **** or ISO 9002. Higher-level contract quality requirements include ISO 9001:2015.

Production lot test samples are required from each production lot. First article test samples are also required. Destructive testing may be performed on samples.

All equipment, cables, and hardware accessories must be delivered fully functional within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

The government intends to make a single, lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) award to one responsible vendor. To be determined technically acceptable, the quoter must demonstrate the capability to deliver all items listed under CLINS **** through **** as a single, fully integrated system.

Contractors must have a current active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov) at the time of quote submission. Quotations must include technical/price quote, organizational information (confirmation of acceptance of government purchase orders, business size, payment terms, UEI, TIN, mailing address, SAM. gov verification).

Failure to furnish all required information may result in your quotation being considered nonresponsive and eliminated from further consideration. Partial quotes or split-clin component fulfillment will be deemed technically unacceptable.
