The Office of State Procurement has suspended in-person attendance at public bid openings. Bidders must submit electronic responses online via a provided link. The opening date is 07/23/2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Bidders must be registered in the LAgov vendor system. A W9 is required if newly registered. All attachments must be reviewed and included in the submission. Bid prices must be firm for at least 30 days. Delivery is to be made F. O. B. destination. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice or delivery. The contract term is 12 months, starting on August 1, 2025, or the award date, whichever is later, with possible extensions for two additional 12-month periods. The State of Louisiana reserves the right to terminate the contract for various reasons, including misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of contract. The State of Louisiana may terminate the contract for convenience with 30 days' written notice. Failure to deliver within the specified time constitutes a default. All applicable Louisiana laws and regulations apply. Bidders must comply with civil rights laws and ADA accessibility requirements. Evidence of authority to sign and submit bids is required. Any public entity is authorized to reject a proposal from a business where an individual with a 5% or more ownership interest has been convicted of a felony related to the solicitation or execution of a contract. The contractor agrees to adhere to the Copeland Anti-kickback Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Energy Policy and Conservation Act, anti-lobbying and debarment act, and prohibition of discriminatory boycotts of Israel. The contractor shall comply with federal and state disabilities laws and regulations and accessibility requirements. The contractor agrees to indemnify the state from claims arising from its fault. All bid amounts shall be submitted in US dollars. Independent price determination is required.

Delgado Community College is seeking bids for a service contract for mechanical systems maintenance, repairs, and renovations. The contract covers multiple campuses. Bidders must have at least 10 years of experience, be licensed by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors (category VI, mechanical work), registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State, and complete a references form. A non-mandatory pre-bid jobsite visit is scheduled for June 12th, 2025. Questions regarding the specifications must be submitted in writing by June 18th, 2025.
