The prebid meeting is mandatory: all potential bidders must attend a mandatory prebid meeting on ocotober 20 at 11: 15 am.

Bids not turned in by the called time will not be accepted: no bids will be accepted after the called time.

Work must be complete by February 28, 2027. The awarded contractor may commence work immediately upon receipt of purchase order. contractor must be complete by february 28th, 2027

The contractor shall submit a written minimum lifetime warranty and a 20 years or better for the glass executed by the manufacturer, plus a five year contractor material/labor guarantee. a five 5 year contractor materiallabor guarantee shall be incorporated in the bid proposal
