The required delivery date for services is from April 30, 2026, to April 30, 2027.

The government shall pay the contractor 30 days after receipt of a proper invoice for all work required, performed, and accepted.

Award will be made based on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology, considering technical specifications, delivery time, warranty, and past performance.

Veterinarians must be certified professionals with a valid professional license. Professionals must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in working dog K9 medicine or relevant specialties.

Any violation of confidentiality clauses shall constitute grounds for immediate contract termination and will result in legal liability.
