Proposals must be received by August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.

Payment will be made within thirty 30 days after receipt of a correct invoice. Prompt payment discounts of twenty 20 days or greater will be considered.

Contractor guarantees against defective or faulty material or workmanship for at least one 1 year or for the manufacturer's standard warranty period, whichever is greater, from the date of acceptance.

The city will select offerors based on their responses to the RFP, considering factors such as scope of work, past project experience, capability and skill, project schedule, and project fee structure.

Offerors must be qualified and possess and maintain all required licenses and certifications, professional, business, etc. , required by local, state, and federal laws.

Failure to comply with contract terms or cure noncompliance within ten 10 calendar days may result in contract termination. Rejected goods or services must be replaced immediately or within a reasonable time.

Contractor shall provide the city with written notice of its intention to file a claim within sixty 60 days of the occurrence or beginning of the work upon which the claim is based.

Failure to submit proposals by the closing date and time, or failure to adhere to proposal submittal requirements, may result in disqualification.

The closing date for submissions is August 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Proposals are sought from qualified offerors.

There is no pre-bid meeting.

The due date for applications is August 19, 2026.

Contractor shall be paid at a rate of one thousand three hundred dollars ($1,****) per shift. Contractor shall also be paid a fifty dollar (****) per shift travel stipend if residing outside the city of San Antonio limits and more than 25 miles away from the clinic.
