Delivery is requested ASAP after notice of award, receipt of purchase order, or authorized calls for delivery, unless otherwise specified. Bidders guaranteed delivery is days. The purchasing agent reserves the right before making award to make investigations as to whether or not the items, qualifications or facilities offered by the bidder meet the requirements set forth herein and are sufficient to insure the proper performance in the event of an award. The bidder must be prepared, if requested, to present evidence of experience, ability and financial standing.

Failure to deliver items or equipment that do not meet county specifications or are not received within the specified delivery time may be cause for cancellation of the order and vendor declared irresponsible. Any additional costs incurred by the county may be charged to original vendor.

When required, samples must be delivered prior to the bid opening and free of charge. Samples will be returned at bidders expense and bidder is required to arrange for pick up.

Vendors protesting or disputing bid specifications must do so in writing during the bid opening period prior to the due date to be considered. Such protests must be in the possession of the bureau of purchase and supplies three working days prior to the bids opening.

Failure to complete this bid in its entirety may result in disqualification. Copies obtained from any other source are not considered official documents and will be considered incomplete if missing addenda, if any, resulting in disqualification. Late bids will not be considered.

The contractor shall not price or procure Cisco hardware warranties. The contractor shall diagnose failures, coordinate replacements via GEMSS COR, install government provided units, and restore programming.

Manufacturer personnel must hold active Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), Biamp Tesira, and Cisco Certified Field Technician (CCT) certifications, or equivalent. Demonstrable expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Crestron NVX AV over IP systems on isolated LANs is required. Minimum three years supporting secure DOD VTC platforms and an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance are mandatory.

Contractor must provide a three 3 year extended warranty to include: a. Same day phone tech support b. Next day on site arrival for repair c. Next day repair window or advance replacement of all equipment d. All costs associated with warranty repair covered. to include shipping travel. e. Local emergency support.

Contractors will be required to pass a background investigation conducted by SFS personnel to obtain base access for the duration of the contract.

Contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition, on themselves or within their contractor owned or privately owned vehicle while on Tinker AFB.
