The contractor is responsible for verifying site conditions, measurements, and quantities before submitting a quote. The estimated completion time is 180 calendar days from the award date. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal standards, including OSHA and manufacturer specifications. A minimum two-year parts and labor warranty is required. alarm personnel. Fireworks system installation includes dedicated circuits, redundant servers, and new thin clients. The contractor must provide fireworks certification training for a designated civil
engineering individual. All work must be performed between **** and **** hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The work sites are restricted areas with special security procedures. The contractor must submit a visitor request to 21st CES at least 15 business days before work begins. The contractor must provide a warranty letter, comprehensive documentation, wiring and schematic diagrams, operations and maintenance manuals, real property transfer forms, passwords, IPs, and licensing information.
