The district is the final authority in determining if the proposal is in compliance with specifications.
Vendors must submit detailed specifications of the proposed unit, itemized pricing including all equipment and fees, confirmation of compliance with all requirements, estimated delivery timeline, and warranty details. Photos or examples of similar units are also requested if available.
Any and all requests for interpretation will be in writing, addressed to the director of purchasing, and must be received at least ten 10 calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the proposal.
The total cost must not exceed $232,000, including all equipment, delivery, and fees.
