The properties are being sold as is and where is, with no warranty by the district that the properties are fit for a particular purpose.

A protest may be submitted in writing during the solicitation process when the aggrieved vendor knows or should have known the factors giving rise to a protest or within five (5) business days after the bid due date.

Proposals will be evaluated based on purchase price (30 points), vendor reputation (12 points), quality of goods/services (15 points), extent to which goods/services meet district needs (16 points), past relationship with the district (2 points), and other relevant factors (15 points).

Vendors must submit required bid attachments, including a W9 form, insurance certificate, catalog pricing, and other specified documents. Missing or incomplete information may negatively impact vendor evaluations.

The district may terminate any contract for cause after giving the vendor an opportunity to cure the breach, or for convenience with 30 days' written notice. Penalties for late delivery or non-compliance with terms are not explicitly detailed but may result in refusal of delivery or contract termination.

The town will select the service provider that best meets the needs of the town, taking into consideration proposer qualifications, price, products, and service capabilities and other factors relevant to the towns policies, programs, administrative resources, and budget.

Proposals are sought from qualified CPA firms with experience conducting Colorado municipal audits.
