The contractor must provide a 5-year compressor warranty and a 1-year parts/labor warranty for all installed systems, plus a 1-year workmanship warranty. Invoices must include a breakdown by unit, location, and phase, accompanied by supporting documentation, reports, commissioning data, and photos. Contractor personnel must check in with the NPS housing program manager daily and wear company identification badges.
