The Navajo Nation Department of Emergency Medical Service is seeking proposals for an aeromedical operations consultant. Proposals are due September 4, 2025. The equipment is required for aeromedical evacuation aircrew members for wireless communication. No other wireless communication systems are authorized for use by aeromedical evacuation aircrew members.

The solicitation is an RFQ (Request for Quotation) for 42 fire rescue safety equipment. Hard copies, specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. All responsible sources may submit a quote electronically. Delivery is to the commanding officer within 20 days.

The National Park Service (NPS) in the Virgin Islands National Park requires HVAC services for residential air conditioning systems in managed housing units. The project involves assessment, inspection, installation, and maintenance planning. Priority 1 units are Lyne House 1, Lyne House 2, and Callahan House. Subsequent phases will be scheduled based on funding and housing needs. Deliverables include kickoff meeting attendance, site assessment reports, recommendation packages, cost proposals, installation plan schedule recommendations, installation completion reports, preventive maintenance plan training, and materials within specific timeframes. The contractor must comply with various standards and regulations, including EPA 608 certification, US Virgin Islands and federal building codes, NFPA 70 NEC, OSHA safety standards, NPS Director's Orders, and manufacturer recommendations. A site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Virgin Islands National Park visitor center. The due date for quotes is August 27, 2025, at **** ED, and the due date for proposals is September 05, 2025, at **** ED. The contractor must provide a 5-year compressor warranty and a 1-year parts/labor warranty for all installed systems, plus a 1-year workmanship warranty. Invoices must include a breakdown by unit, location, and phase, accompanied by supporting documentation, reports, commissioning data, and photos. Contractor personnel must check in with the NPS housing program manager daily and wear company identification badges.
