Payments are made via direct deposit through ACH: the county of kane requests all payments being made to vendors be done as direct deposits through an automated clearing house ach. Invoices must meet mandatory submission guidelines.

Vendor warrants goods conform to solicitation terms and are free from defects: vendor warrants that all goods and services furnished hereunder will conform in all respects to the terms of the solicitation. . . free from latent and patent defects in materials, workmanship and title.

Award based on lowest responsive responsible bidder: it is the intention of kane county to make a single award to the most responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest pricing meeting the specifications and contract requirements.

Bidders must be qualified and authorized vendors: the county of kane is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified and authorized vendors for the purchase of two (2) self-service customer pedestal commercial grade kiosks.

Late bids are rejected: bids received after the submittal time will be rejected and returned unopened to the sender. No early cancellation penalties under nonappropriation clause.

Questions must be directed to purchasing office by October 20, 2026: all questions or requests for information pertaining to this bid and/or the scope of services should be directed to the purchasing office. . . no later than october 20, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. .

Failure to comply with submission requirements may result in rejection: bids submitted in any other manner, or which fail to furnish all information or certificates required, may be summarily rejected.
