Diver Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals must be received prior to 2:00 p. m. PDT on July 1st, 2026.

Consultant shall be paid based on specific item of work performed cost per unit of work and on the specific rates of compensation for this contract and for the amount as agreed upon by the city and consultant in a task order for each project. Consultant shall submit requests for monthly progress payments.

Proposals will be evaluated according to the criteria provided in Appendix B, including completeness of response, qualifications and experience, organization and approach, scope of work, staff availability, conflict of interest statement, familiarity with state and federal procedures, and references.

Firms must demonstrate successful completion of comparable projects, relevant experience, specific qualifications, and technical expertise. The project manager must be a registered professional planner with AICP certification and a minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience.

Questions shall be submitted before 5:00 pm on June 22, 2026.

Submittals received after the deadline, unsigned submittals, or submittals signed by an unauthorized individual will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. Attempts by a proposer to contact evaluators during the evaluation process may jeopardize the integrity of the process and risk possible disqualification.

The total amount payable to the consultant shall not exceed $300,****.

Responses must be received by 2:00 PM MST, Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

Payment will be made to the vendor submitting pricing for this bid unless otherwise noted. by submitting a bid for bid ****, you acknowledge that you understand and comply with all conditions and terms governed by this bid.

The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in compliance with this specification, based on total bid price. Vendor performance and service history with School District Six will also be considered.

Bids will be accepted only from established manufacturers or their authorized dealers. Bidders must be offering products where the manufacturer has been in the business of providing systems hardware for a minimum of five 5 years prior to the contract bid date.

Collusive bidding is a violation of state and federal law and can result in fines, imprisonment, and civil damages. Bids received without the signed statement will be handled as nonresponsive.

A respondent who intentionally violates this requirement of the solicitation process or otherwise deliberately or unintentionally benefits from such a violation by another party may have its submission rejected in accordance with H-GAC procurement policy.
