The work consists of removal and replacement of approximately 24, 000 square feet of existing exterior faade materials, installation of new spray foam insulation, and replacement of approximately 3, 500 square feet of existing exterior windows and doors. Associated work includes accessories required to provide a complete and continuous building envelope system. The proposed cladding system consists of metal wall panels installed over continuous insulation and an air and moisture barrier system. The cladding system is framed off the primary structure, with the existing CMU serving as backup only. The metal wall panel system includes three colors, as indicated in the contract documents.
