The contractor shall use the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for submitting payment requests and receiving reports. The wawf system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports.

Registration in System for Award Management (SAM) or a CAGE code proving an active SAM registration shall be submitted with all offers.

Capability statements must clearly demonstrate the respondent's ability to provide the proprietary Riverware software support services described above. Responses shall include company name and address, UEI and CAGE code, business size status under NAICS ****, technical capability, and evidence of authorization from CADSWES or ownership of the proprietary Riverware intellectual property, if applicable.

The estimated ceiling value of the IDIQ contract is $8,600,000.
