The City of San Gabriel is seeking proposals for grant writing, government relations, and legislative advocacy services. The selected firm will identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities to support municipal priorities. Services include grant research, application development, legislative advocacy, and relationship building with local, regional, state, and federal agencies. The provider shall submit its bill for services itemizing fees and costs incurred during the previous month by the 10th day of each month. Evaluation will consider firms' experience, demonstrated success in securing funding, qualifications of personnel, understanding of municipal processes, proposed approach, responsiveness, and overall value.
