Proposals are due by June 19, 2026. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type. Technical acceptability and past performance are weighted more heavily than price.

Submission of samples for materials, finishes, and colors is required during the final design phase. The contractor shall submit shop drawings and fabrication samples for approval prior to production.
Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Joni Dutcher via email by 7 days prior to solicitation closing at 10 AM PT.
In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with the clause addressing racially discriminatory DEI activities, the contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.
