The contracting officer has determined the price is fair and reasonable, based on previous procurements and comparison to price lists.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a cloud-based cybersecurity solution (brand name Redseal) to identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate risks across their network. The solution must integrate with mainstream cyber visibility tools and provide configuration data from VA network devices, vulnerability data, and a holistic view of threat vectors. The period of performance is a 12-month base period and a 12-month option period. The contract includes various components such as device annual subscriptions, hardware support, and engineering support. The contractor must provide 24/7/365 engineering and hardware/software support, patches, and defect support, including maintenance coverage to repair or replace systems equipment components to restore full operation and accessibility.

The State of Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) is seeking information from potential vendors for event management software. The RFI is a prerequisite for future solicitations. Respondents must provide a signed statement from legal counsel or CEO confirming their ability to meet requirements outlined in Attachment A.
