The contractor must be capable of performing the full scope of the requirement and possess industry certifications such as MSRA, ABR, or ISO certification. The contractor shall be a company recognized as engaged in ship repair work and possess an organization capable of the full scope of planning, engineering, quality control, shipboard offship production and componentsystem testing and trials. The contractor shall possess industry certifications, such as, msra, abr, or iso certification, that would further emphasize thecontractors ability to perform the work.
