Interested parties must provide a capability statement with clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide urology surgical procedures and support services that are 100% compatible with the proprietary uronav mri fusion system and ultrasound equipment currently in use at the 88th Medical Center.

The contractor shall deliver equipment to the specified OR or suite on the scheduled day of service.

Invoices shall be submitted monthly and include date of service, procedure type, equipment used, number of hours if applicable, and any add-on or emergency fees. Only performed procedures may be invoiced.

Technicians must have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating the equipment assigned, be manufacturer trained and certified on each modality supported, and be trained in laser safety and applicable clinical safety policies.

If equipment is inoperable for 60 minutes or more, causing the procedure to be postponed, the contractor shall not charge the government for the affected procedure day.

Responses received by 1:00 PM EST on 19 June 2026 will be considered by the government.

Responses to this IFB must be received by July 2, 2026, 10:30 am Central Time.

Payment will be made in accordance with the pricing provided on Exhibit C, considered all-inclusive. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe work completed.

Award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery, and price.

Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience. Personnel must be fully trained with at least five years of relevant experience. Required licenses include current Texas State Dental Board license, DEA registration, dental licenses for ancillary personnel, and CPR certification.

Failure to correct performance issues within 48 business hours may result in delayed payment or nonpayment. Noncompliance with contract terms can lead to termination.
