The East Tennessee State University College of Nursing is requesting quotations for Laerdal and Pocket Nurse simulation supplies. Bids must be received by October 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The preferred method of submission is via mail to the address provided. Electronic submissions via email are also accepted. The bid is subject to minimum general bid conditions, purchasing policies, and procedures. The university is exempt from state, federal, and local taxes. Quotes must be F. O. B. East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee. Minimum terms are net 30 days. Prepayment or deposits are not allowed. The quotation must be typewritten or in ink. Additional documents, such as a completed vendor application, may be required. The university prefers to pay by direct deposit. The successful proposer will be asked to provide the needed information for direct deposit.

This is a sole source contract for the lease, service, and consumables for three Arkray urinalysis systems at NMrtc Yokosuka. Vendors must submit a capability statement (maximum 4 pages, 12-point font) including management and technical data and cost information, and valid certification to provide service validated by Rees Scientific Corp. Capability statements must be submitted by the due date of the notice. The government reserves the right to not compete based on responses to this notice. If a vendor challenges the basis of this requirement, capability statements must be submitted as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to the specified email address. No telephone requests or offers will be honored.
