This request for proposal (RFP) seeks a contractor for janitorial services for the Wanda Meshack Smith Administration Office Central Office, for a minimum of one year, with options for two additional one-year extensions. The cleaning schedule is Monday through Thursday, with an additional day selected between Friday and Sunday. Cleaning is required after 5:00 PM. The number of employees varies between 30 and 70. The contract includes hot water carpet extraction twice per year. The agency will discuss pricing concerns with suppliers on a case-by-case basis before approving any price adjustments. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is 20 Aug 2025, 12:00 PM local time. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses. Delivery is FOB destination. Product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. Offerors are encouraged to submit multiple offers presenting alternative terms and conditions. Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers will not be considered unless certain conditions are met. The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The offeror is cautioned that the listed provisions may include blocks that must be completed by the offeror and submitted with its quotation or offer. Document submissions may be via web entry, electronic data interchange, or file transfer protocol. The contractor shall use the following information when submitting payment requests and receiving reports in wawf for this contract or task or delivery order. The contractor shall ensure a payment request includes documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or FAR ****, allowable cost and payment, as applicable. The contractor shall ensure a receiving report meets the requirements of DFARS appendix f.

Sealed bids are being accepted for a trailer-mounted jet machine. Bid documents are available on the Macon Water Authority website, the Georgia Procurement Registry, and at the purchasing department. Bidders must review the general conditions, specifications, and any addenda. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by August 15, 2025.
