The provider shall be capable of installing and deploying all machines within a six 6 week time period after issuance of the purchase order and receipt of all required site location information from the district.

The district's customary terms for payment of a problem-free invoice are net thirty 30 calendar days.

All machines shall have, at minimum, a twenty-four 24 month warranty on all parts, except replacement parts that are scheduled for replacement as stated in the manufacturers product/operator manual, installation manual, or maintenance manual.

Award will be made to the highest ranked, responsive, and responsible offeror, whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous for the district.

The provider shall demonstrate the ability to furnish, install, deploy, train, support, and service the proposed autonomous robotic floor scrubbers and vacuum sweepers. The provider shall be headquartered in the state of South Carolina and have trained technicians capable of servicing the machines within a fifty 50 mile radius of Winnsboro, South Carolina.

Any prospective bidder, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation of a contract shall protest within fifteen days of the date of issuance of the applicable solicitation document at issue.

Taking exceptions to the solicitation or changing the terms and/or conditions of the solicitation may cause the proposal to be determined nonresponsive and therefore, not eligible for an award.

Delivery shall be completed within the accepted delivery time stated in the award or delivery order, not to exceed twenty 20 calendar days after receipt of order unless otherwise accepted in writing by the contracting officer.

Payment is net 30 after government acceptance and receipt of a proper invoice, whichever occurs later. Invoices shall be submitted to ankarafmcdbomb@state. gov.

A minimum two-year Apple Türkiye manufacturer warranty is required, with warranty service available through authorized Apple service providers in Türkiye.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.

Offerors must provide proof of Apple authorized reseller status in Türkiye or documentation showing sourcing through Apple Türkiye authorized distribution channels. They must also provide documentation for legal import, BTK IMEI compliance, and Apple Türkiye warranty eligibility.

If the contractor fails to honor warranty obligations in a timely and effective manner, the government may seek reimbursement for repair costs, invoke applicable remedies under FAR ****, and withhold or deduct payments for unresolved deficiencies.

Offers may be rejected if technically unacceptable, materially incomplete, unbalanced, or unreasonably high or low in price. Failure to comply with contract terms, including warranty obligations, may result in remedies and payment deductions.

The project is to be completed by November 30, 2027.
