The anticipated period of performance for the resultant contract is from June 1, 2025 to October 1, 2025. All work must be completed, and deliverables received prior to October 1, 2025.

Monthly progress payments shall be made on this contract on estimates of work accomplished which meets the standards of quality established under the contract. Partial payment will not be authorized for this contract.

The contractor shall warranty all work and materials for 12 months after project closure. In addition, the contractor shall document and provide any pass-through warranties for equipment.

The contractor must be a licensed general contractor with previous experience in chimney repair on 2-story residential structures.

Park security requires that all work and site visits be prescheduled. A designated park employee will provide access for contractor personnel and be onsite for the duration of the work.
