Installation shall be completed no later than 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed is issued.

Progress payments during installation will be based on the percentage of work completed on items listed on the approved schedule of values. Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

The contractor shall provide a two (2) year warranty covering parts, labor, and all costs associated with defective equipment, wiring, or installation.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are price, technical capability of the item offered, and prior experience.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code. The contractor/installer must be a Milestone Gold partner or higher with current MCIT and MCDE certifications.

Failure to submit quotes according to the instructions provided within the solicitation may result in the respondent's quote not being considered for award. Late quotes will not be accepted.
