The City of Lawton is seeking proposals for an integrated system providing inmate pay telephone services, inmate tablet services, and a video visitation solution for the Lawton Public Safety Center municipal jail. Proposals must be sealed and submitted by August 6, 2026. The system must be durable, tamper-free, and suitable for a correctional environment. The contractor is responsible for all installation, shipping, and maintenance costs. A 30-day reliability test is required for the system.
