This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to acquire neuropsychometric evaluations using the CDR scale on BLSA participants. Services include performing CDR evaluations, scoring, data entry, preparing summary information for case conferences, and performing home visit neuropsychological/neurological assessments.
