The successful proposer will be responsible for all psychiatric care, commencing upon inmate commitment and ending upon release. Proposals must be submitted by September 8, 2026, by 4:00 pm PST. Services include assessment, medication prescribing/dispensing, 24/7 on-call physician assistant consultation, and maintaining electronic medical records. The county is responsible for drug costs, but the proposer handles pharmacy rate negotiation. Minimum qualifications require proven experience in correctional psychiatric care.

Proposals are rated based on responsiveness (max 20 points), ability/history (max 20 points), ability to meet schedule (max 10 points), qualifications of key team members (max 25 points), and staffing plan/pricing (max 25 points). The proposals shall be rated according to the following criteria for a maximum of 100 points
