Proposals are rated based on responsiveness (max 20 points), ability/history (max 20 points), ability to meet schedule (max 10 points), qualifications of key team members (max 25 points), and staffing plan/pricing (max 25 points). The contract period of performance is from July 18, 2026, through January 17, 2027.

The contractor shall provide licensed psychiatrist services. Psychiatrists must have a current license to practice medicine in any U. S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia, be certified in basic life support (BLS), and undergo credentialing and privileging in accordance with VHA Handbook ****.
