The City of Lancaster, PA is seeking bids for the 2026 Concrete Repair Contract. The contract involves concrete repair of curbing and sidewalks disturbed during water and wastewater installations. The city will determine who is the lowest responsible bidder upon the basis of the bids submitted. The lowest responsible bidder need not be the bidder submitting the lowest dollar amount. The city may consider the quality of services supplied, responsiveness of the bidder, past performance of the bidder, compatibility of the bidders processes with other city services and the bidders ability to handle the volume of work proposed. Further, consideration will be given to such matters as contractor integrity, compliance with public policy, record of past performance, and financial and technical resources.
The city reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder not possessing satisfactory qualifications.
