Greenwich Public Schools is seeking bids for athletic supplies for Greenwich High School for the **** school year. Bids must be submitted by August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Incomplete or conditional bids may be rejected. All unit prices must be filled in, and the cost sheet must be the first page of the bid. Bids must include one original, five copies, and one unprotected flash drive. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Deliveries are to Greenwich High School Receiving Department, 10 Hillside Road, Greenwich, CT ****, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Prices must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges (FOB destination). Bidders must have been in business for at least five years. All products must meet or exceed specified quality and performance requirements. Pricing must be firm for 180 days. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted by email by July 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
Bids must be submitted by August 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Deliveries shall be made between the hours of 9:00 a. m. and 3:00 p. m. , Monday through Friday.
Payment will be made only after the satisfactory delivery and acceptance of the items identified on the applicable purchase order.
The successful bidder warrants that all products furnished under this contract shall be new, free from defects, and shall conform in every respect to the specifications, accepted standards of quality, workmanship, materials, and performance.
The contract may be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is determined to be in the best interest of Greenwich Public Schools.
Greenwich Public Schools reserves the right to investigate the qualifications, financial responsibility, experience, resources, and capability of any bidder to determine its ability to satisfactorily perform the contract.
Failure to deliver within the agreed-upon timeframe or failure to completely fulfill purchase orders may constitute a breach of contract and may result in termination of the contract.

Bids which are incomplete, obscure, or conditional, and which contain irregularities of any kind, will be subject to rejection for failure to comply strictly with these conditions. Any false statement, omission, or material misrepresentation contained in a bid may be grounds for rejection of the bid, disqualification of the bidder, termination of any resulting contract.
