This notice is for the repair of parts kit, ball valves. The contractor must meet operational and functional requirements as represented by the cage codes and reference numbers listed. All repair work must be performed in accordance with the contractor's repair overhaul standard practices, manuals and directives. The material supplied must be mercury free. The government is interested in all small businesses, including 8(a), service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone, and women-owned small business concerns. Interested parties should respond to this notice, identifying their small business status and any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the government and commercial customers for the past three years. The City of Surprise is accepting bids for a company to repair a portion of the ballistic overhead baffles for the Surprise Police Department. The vendor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, services, and transportation necessary for the tear-down and replacement of the product.

Sealed requests for proposals for contracted consultant proposal are being accepted by Alvin Independent School District. Proposals are due by April 10, 2025, at 1:30 PM. Submission must include one original and a copy. Duplicate proposals are not accepted during the same school year. Additional submissions are only accepted with changes in pricing or bid categories. Vendors must comply with Texas school law regarding competitive bidding for items or services over $50,000. The contract is for one year, with an option to renew for two additional years. Multiple vendors may be selected. Vendors must answer specific questions, provide references, and meet certain insurance and certification requirements.
