To be eligible for award, proposers shall possess a valid state of Hawai'i, general engineering contractor's license A prior to the award of the contract. See special notice to proposers for additional licensing requirements.
Prospective offerors must file with the director of public works their intent to bid.
Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not a condition for submitting a proposal.
