The award will be based on the proposer's ability, capacity, skill, promptness, character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, efficiency, past performance, suitability of equipment, ability to provide future maintenance, and fee proposal. The following criteria are used in determining which proposal is in the best interests of the city. a the ability, capacity and skill of proposer to perform required service. b Whether proposer can perform service promptly or within specied time. c the character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience and efficiency of proposer. d the performance of previous contracts. e the suitability of equipment or material for citycounty use. f the ability of proposer to provide future maintenance and parts service.
Proposers must be qualified individuals or firms to assist the city in its tree ordinance activities. The selected firm will have an on-staff arborist certified by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). from qualied individuals or rms to assist the city in the performance of activities related to its treeordinance.
If the vendor fails to cure a default, the city may terminate the contract. The vendor remains liable for performance through the date of termination. Upon failure of the vendor to cure the default the city of albany may immediately terminate the contract effective as of the mailing or delivery of the default notice.
