All areas will be guaranteed with the exception of damage or loss incurred by other vehicles, fire, malicious mischief, theft or act of god wind, ice, hail or extreme subpar temperature.
The city reserves the right to award all items listed or each item listed individually to the successful vendors.
Contractor shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the successful landscape maintenance of a contract of this scope accompanied by a minimum of five 5 projects within the last five 5 years similar in scope, quality and contract value to that indicated for this contract.
