The contract is for one year from the date of award, with up to four option years. Services are to be performed on days and hours as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Payment is net 30 days after receipt of a complete and accurate invoice, unless a prompt payment discount is offered and accepted. Invoices are submitted to USAED, Finance Center and a copy to the COR at Englebright Lake.

Contractor must provide a copy of their current qualified contractor's license, business licensing, and any other required federal, state, and local licenses prior to starting work. Key personnel requirements include a local supervisor with at least 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years in the janitorial industry, and at least one local employee with a backup.

If the contractor fails to perform deficient services, they must reperform them no later than 24 hours prior to the next scheduled service at no additional cost to the government. The contractor is liable for all damage to property, equipment, and landscape features, which must be repaired at the contractor's expense.
