Environmental Remedial Action Contract Environmental remediation services for sites in Hawaii, Guam, and other areas within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific Area of Responsibility VI ( SBRAC VI). Services include removal actions, remedial actions, expedited and emergency response actions, pilot and treatability studies, facility operation, maintenance, munitions response cleanup and closure, range cleanups and closure, site characterizations, hydrographic surveys, groundwater characterization studies, sediment removal and remediation, closure/replacement of USTs, anti- terrorist force protection hazardous material release incident responses, and remediation of CBR agents. Contaminants include solvents, petroleum, oils, lubricants, metals, acids, bases, reactives, non- explosive ordnance residues, PAHs, PCBs, PFAS, munitions and explosives of concern ( MEC), emerging contaminants, pesticides, and gram.
