All areas are to be demolished down to the existing roof decks and replaced. New shingle roofs will be applied to buildings 20 & 78; new 2- ply modified bitumen membrane roofs will be applied to buildings 31, 33, & 48. New Shingle rooves will have ice & water at all penetration flashings & at area perimeters which shall extend over rakes & eaves. All new metal flashings & edging will be of pre- finished material. New 2- ply mod- bit rooves will be over 2 layers of 2. 2 rigid insulation & cover board. Tapered insulation shall be used at all drainage crickets & saddles. New coping cap, expansion joint, & control joint flashings shall be pre- finished metal and installed at existing locations. New waterheads, downspouts, & splash pans/splash blocks shall be provided where downspouts do not empty into drain boots.

The scope of work at the Main Kitchen building consists of the existing shingle roof removal down to the deck and the installation of a new standing seam metal panel roof system. New gutters & downspouts are required as noted. The scope of work at the Connector Building consists of the complete removal of the existing ballasted EPDM membrane roof, down to the metal roof deck, and the installation of a new insulated 2- ply mod- bit ( cold application over hot application) roof system on 4 separate roof areas. New pre- finished metal coping caps are specified for 2 of the areas. New gutters & downspouts are specified for one of the roof areas, the others drain via scupper drains. EIFS repairs to be performed as noted.

The City of Cleburne is seeking bids for the replacement of the metal roof on the Cletran building. The scope of work includes removing and replacing the existing roof with a dark green snap lock panel roof, installing new gutters and downspouts, replacing damaged fascia boards, and ensuring all materials match existing colors. The successful bidder must be registered as a vendor with the City of Cleburne's building/permit and finance departments. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 14th at 8 AM. Bidders must comply with Davis Bacon Act requirements. The bidder must provide their own dumpster services, lifts, and any other necessary equipment. The bidder must also coordinate with building maintenance staff for daily operations and secure areas with safety cones and caution tape. The bid must include manufacturer's and workmanship warranties.

The Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112) is seeking a contractor to perform a complete tear-off of existing rolled torchdown roofing, replacement of any dry rot in the sheathing, and installation of new TPO roofing membrane at their main campus. The bid is due by 2:00 PM on May 12, 2025. Pre-bid site meetings can be scheduled with Jeff Grimes. Questions must be submitted in writing by May 3, 2025. The bid must include all labor, materials, equipment, warehousing, transportation, installation, testing, necessary service, incidental parts, components, and accessories required to perform the project in accordance with all ESD 112 performance standards, and Washington state, city of Vancouver, and Clark county health and safety regulations. The contractor shall be responsible for clean-up and removal of all rubbish. Prevailing wage rates apply. Additional documents required include a non-collusion affidavit, corporate profile, completed reference form, pricing form, proposer's offer and acceptance, proof of insurance, bonding, and any other necessary documents. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable state and federal laws governing the confidentiality of information. ESD 112 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
