Contractor shall commence work immediately after receiving the notice to proceed (NTP). All submittals for material are required no later than ten (10) days from receiving the NTP with the completion of all required work including removal of all debris from the premises within 30 days. The solicitation will be released on or about July 14, 2025, with a site visit scheduled within the following week. Requests for information will be due five days after the site visit and offerors will be due ten days after the publication of the VA's responses. Proposal submissions will be only received electronically. No hardcopy and faxed proposals will be accepted.
