Existing metal deck is assumed to be undamaged. Consider an allowance to replace discovered conditions of metal deck. Keep existing any and all existing roof top equipment and curbs. Flash new around curbs. Provide new sealants in areas needed at brick joints above roof. Tuckpoint select areas of existing mortar joints adjacent to new roof areas. Provide new edge metal and downspouts.
