The awarded contractor will have 90 calendar days to complete this project in its entirety, starting upon the issuance of the notice to proceed.

Service providers warrant that all services performed will be done with the highest competence and care, and all materials and equipment will be new and of suitable grade. They also warrant against defects for twelve months after final acceptance. Proposals that do not conform to the length, font, or margin requirements may be rejected. Failure to provide a public viewing copy will be considered a waiver of any claim of confidentiality. Responses are due no later than 1:00 PM ET on 16 June 2026.

Failure to attend the pre-bid conference, arriving more than 10 minutes late to the pre-bid conference, altering provided files, illegible or unintelligible submissions, or being unresponsive or unable to complete the vendor registration process may result in disqualification.
