Lot 1: On behalf of the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council ( KLEC), the Department of Criminal Justice Training ( DOCJT) is seeking qualified individual( s) and /or organizations to provide laboratory drug screening for police officer, court security officer, and public safety dispatcher applicants whose offer of employment is contingent upon passing a drug test. Kentucky Law Enforcement Council ( KLEC) staff will be responsible for collection of split screen urine samples. Sample collection is conducted in various locations throughout the Commonwealth. The selected vendor will provide prepaid shipping materials allowing those samples to be sent to the laboratory. The selected laboratory shall conduct testing on the samples collected. If one sample vial is positive, then the second sample vial shall be tested for confirmation of results. Refer to RFP Submission Checklist and RFP Terms & Conditions for all instructions regarding submissions. Attach a separate file for your Technical, Cost and Proprietary Proposals.
