Boat Design Government Bids & RFPs

The procurement seeks a qualified firm to develop the streetscape plan.

Bids must be received on or before Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 3:30 PM ET.

Invoices will be paid within thirty (30) days unless items are questioned. An IRS W9 form must be on file before payment.

Evaluation is based on Project Approach/Understanding (30 points), Firm Experience and Qualifications (30 points), Project Team (30 points), and Project Schedule and Organization (10 points).

Firms must provide company background, overall qualifications, past experience, and references related to similar projects within the past 5-10 years. The project team, including the project manager and key members, must be identified with resumes and relevant experience.

In case of default by the contractor, the county may procure goods or services from another source and hold the contractor responsible for any resulting excess costs.

There is no pre-bid conference or site inspection mentioned.

Bidders may refer to sections 267, 273, and 274 of Ordinance ****, the Georgetown County, South Carolina Purchasing Policy, for remedies concerning protests.

Failure to acknowledge all addenda may disqualify the bidder. Bids not received prior to the stated opening date and time will be considered non-responsive. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on June 02, 2026. Delivery date is to be agreed upon after contract issuance.

Payment normally will be made to the contractor within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt of and the acceptance of goods/services ordered, whichever is later.

The unit shall be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturer's standard warranty for government use. The warranty begins on the date the unit is determined to meet specifications and accepted by TPWD.

TPWD will award a contract to the respondent whose quote is considered to be the best value to TPWD, price and other factors considered. The following factors may be used to evaluate bids: Lowest price, ability, qualifications and experience meeting or exceeding the requirement, delivery service schedule, past performance.

TPWD will only award a contract to an actively licensed marine dealer, manufacturer or manufacturer's authorized distributor. If a respondent is a manufacturer's authorized distributor, documentation of such is required to be furnished with bid submission.

Default in promised delivery days after receipt of order without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes TPWD to purchase goods and services of this contract elsewhere and charge any increased costs for the goods and services, including the cost of resoliciting, to the contractor.

A pre-delivery inspection at the vendor's facility is mandatory prior to scheduling delivery.

Failure to sign the bid, failure to take exception to specifications or provide reference data, brand names, numbers, etc. , may result in bid being disqualified as nonresponsive and failing to meet minimum specifications.
