The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center (FSC) is seeking a contractor to provide medical terminology and coding training for government employees and supervisors. The training should cover fundamental understanding of medical terminology and codes, essential core competencies, and promote knowledge retention. The contractor must provide a qualified instructor with current certifications and all course materials, including case studies and practice exercises. A knowledge check will be administered at the end of the course. The VA FSC will provide the training facility and audiovisual equipment. Performance standards include on-time delivery of materials, adherence to training schedule, knowledge assessment results, competency demonstration, participant satisfaction, virtual delivery effectiveness, credential submission timeliness, instruction quality, and certificate delivery.
